Terms of Service

1. Who you are buying from

These Terms apply to purchases from Starnight Story LLC, trading as AI METER ("we", "us"). Our business mailing address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact us at support@aimeter.store or +7 705 961 52 41. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms; our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling.

2. What the services include

AI workspace sessions: prepaid connection time on a remote desktop hosted on our server with the selected third-party AI tool prepared for you to sign in. You use your own AI-provider account; AI METER does not supply or resell an AI account. Any required provider subscription or software license is your responsibility and is not included in the workspace price. Your account plan and the provider's terms and limits determine which features are available. Preconfigured skills and workflows are included where supported by the selected tool. Never share your password with support, and sign out of your AI account before ending the session.

Batch photo processing: AI-assisted portrait enhancement of the number of input photographs listed in your order, with one processed image per accepted input. The service can adjust presentation, lighting, clarity, background, or portrait composition. It is not a forensic restoration service, proof of an actual event, or a guarantee that lost detail can be recovered. Results depend on source quality and may introduce or change details. Review results before using them. Bespoke retouching outside the described service requires a separate agreement.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

Your cart identifies each workspace session and its connection time, the combined photo batch and its image count, and one combined order total. All payments are charged in US dollars (USD). EUR, AED, and THB displays are indicative conversions for reference only; selecting one does not change the charge currency. The cart and payment page show the USD amount payable, with any applicable taxes disclosed before you confirm payment. Your card issuer may convert the USD charge into your account currency and apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Photo pricing starts at USD 8.50 per image, reduces gradually with batch size to USD 8.00 per image at 10 images and USD 7.50 per image at 20 images, and remains USD 7.50 per image above 20. The calculator shows the actual batch price, rounded to the nearest cent; intermediate quantities receive the corresponding gradual discount. All photo additions in one order are combined into one batch of up to 200 images, and its volume discount is recalculated from that combined quantity. The displayed workspace price reflects the selected amount of connection time. No shipping charge applies to these digital services.

A calculator quote, adding an item to the cart, or selecting a local file does not by itself create a paid order. An order is paid only after a payment provider confirms successful payment. Do not send card numbers or security codes to our support email. There is no recurring charge.

4. Workspace delivery and time accounting

We email remote desktop connection details within 10 minutes after successful payment. Check your checkout email and spam folder; contact support if details have not arrived within that time. No physical goods are shipped.

Purchased time starts when you connect and is counted while connected, including time spent waiting for AI output. Disconnecting stops the timer and all generation processes; generation does not continue in the background. Disconnecting does not cancel the order or automatically request a refund. Displayed durations are quantities of connection time: one hour is 60 minutes, one day is 1,440 minutes, one week is 10,080 minutes, and one month is 43,200 minutes (30 days), not calendar subscriptions.

5. Photo delivery and file handling

After payment, we email instructions for providing the original photos. Selecting files on the website is a local preview only; it does not upload or deliver them to us. We deliver completed photographs within 2 business days after successful payment and receipt of usable files. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

We send a download link for completed images to your checkout email. If files are missing or unsuitable, we will contact you for replacements; we cannot start that batch until usable files arrive. If we cannot meet the delivery window, we will notify you and explain the revised timing and cancellation or refund options. Source photos and completed results in our control are deleted seven days after completion. Download and save your results within that period; a download link is not permanent storage.

6. Third-party services and availability

AI METER is independent of the AI providers named on the site. Their names and trademarks identify tools; no partnership, endorsement, or authorization by them is implied. Their terms, account-use rules, availability, rate limits, and content restrictions continue to apply to your use of your own account. Providing remote desktop access does not override those rules or include a provider subscription.

Features, speed, maximum settings, and outputs may vary or be unavailable because of provider restrictions, your account plan and limits, or outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, unlimited tokens, or any particular output. Where a purchased service cannot be supplied or materially used, the remedies in our Refund Policy apply.

7. Your content and permitted use

You retain any rights you have in your inputs. You give us permission to use them and the necessary service providers solely to fulfill and support your order. You must have the rights and lawful consent required to submit and process each photograph, including consent for identifiable people where required and appropriate parental or guardian consent for minors. Do not submit payment-card data, credentials, confidential material, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

You must not use either service for illegal activity, infringement, harassment, non-consensual imagery, sexual exploitation, deceptive impersonation, security attacks, evasion of safeguards, or other harm. Do not request misleading identity documents or present AI-generated alterations as authentic evidence. Relevant provider rules also apply. We may decline prohibited content or suspend misuse; any lawful refund entitlement remains unaffected.

Rights in AI-assisted outputs depend on applicable law, your input rights, and the relevant provider terms. We do not promise exclusive ownership or that an output is free of third-party rights. Check suitability and permissions for your intended use. We need separate permission to use your photographs in our marketing or portfolio.

8. Cancellations, refunds, and corrections

You may request a refund for an unused workspace session within 14 days of purchase. You may cancel a photo batch before processing begins for a full refund. Non-delivery, unusable service, and material photo-processing defects are addressed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In a mixed order, each service is assessed separately. There is no physical product to return.

By ordering, you request that we begin arranging or providing the service after payment and, for photographs, after usable files arrive. This is not a blanket waiver of statutory cancellation or consumer rights. Any additional consent required by applicable law must be obtained separately.

9. Disclaimers and your legal rights

AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made beyond the service descriptions and express commitments in these Terms. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory protections and rights in your place of residence remain available. The terms presented when you place your order apply to it; future changes do not retrospectively reduce those rights.
