Order support
Include your checkout email, order or payment reference if available, payment date, affected service, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, or passwords. For photo files, follow the submission instructions sent after payment.
Workspace access
We email remote desktop connection details within 10 minutes after successful payment. The selected AI tool is prepared for you to sign in with your own account; any required provider subscription or software license is not included. Time starts when you connect. Disconnecting stops both the timer and all generation. Never send your AI-account password to support. Sign out of your AI account before ending your session. Photo delivery
After payment, we email instructions for providing your original photographs. The file selector on this site is a local preview, not an upload. We deliver completed photographs within 2 business days after successful payment and receipt of usable files. We email a download link. Source and result files in our control are deleted seven days after completion, so download them promptly. See how photo processing works.
Digital services only
No physical items are shipped and no shipping fee applies. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. If a delivery window cannot be met, we will contact you with the revised timing and available options.
